Aldi Recipe: Asian Style!

Made General Tso's Chicken & broccoli with pork potstickers and rice. My 11 year old scarfed it. I'll consider that mission accomplished! What makes it even better was the price. No, I didn't keep a tally BUT all of these ingredients were found @ Aldi and are all Aldi brand.

You'll need:

Fusia Asian Inspirations Savory Pork Potstickers
Fusia Asian Inspirations General Tso's Chicken
Seasons Choice Broccoli Florets
Carlini Extra Light Tasting Olive Oil
Rice Bowl White Rice

First, get that chicken in the oven. Bake to package directors (which I believe was @ 400* for 20 minutes but double check ofcourse.) Set the sauce package on top of the stove so it'll start to melt. Now make some rice. I did two cups and there was more than enough for 3 people. Get a skillet and add some EVOO (I used to be a hardcore Rachael Ray fan, hush!) and add the potstickers. There were 10 in a box. Put them on medium and let them crisp up on one side then flip 'em over and add 1/2 cup of water. Pop on a lid, turn down the heat and let them steam while the water reduces. Rice done. Potstickers done. Should be able time to take out the chicken bites. Transfer them over into a pan, add the semi thawed sauce packet and a bag of frozen broccoli florets. Stir together until heated them serve over top the rice with a bite or two of potstickers in between. BAM!! Asian style dinner fo' cheap (and yum!)
